The hotel was bright with budget rooms. I enjoyed the pleasant staff. - the location was amazing, at a short distance from the Archaeological Museum of Thera. - the service was all in all excellent.

I felt relaxed and at home at the Sea of Aegeon Hotel. Room 18 had a quaint verandah with table and chairs together with sea views and the sea breeze to cool things down. The hotel was full of muriels on the walls which illustrated patriotic and pride in their Greek cultrual heritage. At breakfast I would hear the bells then watch the donkey trains pass by on their way to the old port. The place was quiet at night and it was great to cool off in the pool after sight seeing each day. I have been travelling for 2 months and enjoyed the ambiance of this hotel the most so far. Communication was easy and warm despite being unable to speak Greek.

My departure was the only thing I did not like about the Sea of Aegeon.

Hard to get some privacy, there was a lot of noise and the rooms were not sound proof. Old furnitures. The place is ideal only for its location and nothing more.Thus, it should be offered to a cheaper price of around 55 euro per day.

The staff here are really good at what they do. the receptionist was super friendly and made me feel welcome 😊. Overall, I had a great time staying here.

perfectly clean hotel, services were excellent and location was peaceful on local buses. i booked a nice size and airy room, that was offered with fridge, air con and a cute balcony. it had an electric kettle and refrigerators.

Great value with a spacious balcony, nice pool, and comfortable room. European-sized shower but plenty of clean towels provided. Staff were efficient in cleaning and organizing our room. Good location near Fira's center.

The hotel is the most economic one we could arrange at the time and the service was not really what we'd call cheap. Air Conditioning, Tv, Fridge and a Bed you could relax upon give it a good value for money. It is not the typical Santorini honey moon hotel with the great view etc, but if you are looking for something on the low end just for the sleep and somewhat cosy at the same time this could be for you. There was a bus to pick us up at the port which was a great relief as well. The owner suggested a car rental that was a great bargain.

Booked.net does not charge credit cards. This made me confused when i thought that the hotel was paid by cc and then the owner asked for checkout money. I think that Booked.net should made more clear the fact that you do not charge money on the card. This was solved easily though thanks to Booked.net telephone service and no problem whatsoever.

The rooms here are spacious, affordable, and come equipped with a hairdryer, balcony, electric kettle.
